Westate Pest Control was established in 1963 by Mr Stuart Tinsley. Since 1995 it has been owned and managed by Brian and Christine Langenberg who have continued and enhanced the quality of service that has been associated with Westate for so many years.
Most of our staff have been with us for more than 5 years (several over 10 years and one staff member over 25 years!) and we are pleased to say that we offer every customer Service With Integrity. Westate is a longstanding member of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA), our peak industry body. Brian is also a previous Chairman and Western Australian National Board Representative of AEPMA.
Westate Pest Control is a major sponsor of the Harcourts Real Estate group in Western Australia in 2008/09 and is proud to be associated with this group of real estate professionals. We have also been Sponsors of the Strata Titles Institute of Western Australia (STIWA) for many years.
This year (2008) we have obtained accreditation by Trades Monitor, Australia's leading contractor accreditation organisation.
Our major client groups include: property buyers and sellers, residential and commercial property managers, strata managers, body corporate groups, landlords with multiple properties, residential investors, government and real estate sales representatives.
